Karleigh's role at Smalley Consulting is the culmination of a lifelong creative journey.

As a dedicated creative hobbyist for most of her life, she formally stepped into the business world, working creatively for eight years before focusing full-time on business marketing, web design, graphic design, and photography in January 2022. She joined the Smalley Consulting team in 2023—first as a contracted marketer and now as the full-time Creative Solutions Specialist.

Karleigh’s photography is different because it goes beyond simple documentation. She is driven by a passion for what she does—the ability to create something from nothing and the joy of breathing life into people's lofty ideas. Her mission is straightforward: to translate client ideas into powerful visual narratives that illuminate real people and real moments. She works to blend traditional techniques with modern storytelling to ensure every image is authentic, impactful, and genuinely supports the client's strategic goals.

Today, Karleigh's photography and design work serves a wide variety of projects across Smalley Consulting. With the integration of her full creative suite in the Brand Synthesis Department at Smalley Consulting, she remains committed to the core values of integrity, creativity, and authenticity, ensuring that every assignment is a creation of art that fully empowers the client's vision and tells their real story.
